Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your MerryBrick card wallet. If you don't, you are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

WHAT WE ACCEPT
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- The wallet must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping was free and is not refunded.

DAMAGED, WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
If your wallet arrives damaged, defective or is the wrong item, we cover everything. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will reship it free or refund you in full. You do not pay return shipping in these cases.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@merrybrick.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

REFUND TIMING
Once we receive the returned item we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take a further 5-10 business days to post it.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. After dispatch the return policy above applies.
